As the personal assistant of the managing partner Wim Krook, I gain a great deal of satisfaction in making his busy days run smoothly. The key elements of my work are organisation and maintaining a stress-free environment, which keeps my days challenging and enjoyable. The openness and high quality standards at DB&C make it a very pleasant company to work for. I feel an office always runs more efficiently when everything is well looked after and organised. As my job also involves overseeing the smooth running of the office I am able to influence this. Equally I have responsibility for HR. I am the first point of call and therefore have a lot of contact with personnel. This work suits me well as I am interested in what drives people and where there motivation comes from so I can make sure the right person is matched to the right position at work.
